sometimes yoga class is being conducted at Miri Marriott, but for permanent class,only at Jln Yakin - YogaFitness.

bout this yoga,well its my wfe dat have started to do yoga and now she wants to join in classes for extra input..she usually do it at home..wit me..
btw..how about Taichi class?anyone here know bout it??where can i find it in Miri??

there are a few yogo centre in miri. one in Yakin(love Yoga), one in Pelita area and one in morsjaya area. i went to the yakin area centre.
