C is short for "si-nai", which means fresh milk, refers to cream milk or ideal milk.
O means black in hokkien, and if you're ordering your drinks with the -o suffix, then it means no milk.
Kopi = Coffee with sweetened creamer/milk
Kopi-C = Coffee with cream milk/ideal milk
Kopi-O = Sugared coffee without milk
Kopi-O-kosong = Sugarless coffee without milk.
-kao = Thicked
-pok = Opposite to thick or it just means not thick. (Thin doesn't sound correct for drinks)
-peng = Ice.
