If you are a newbie? What should you do? How do you choose a gym? Create a workout? Fix your diet? Where do you start? Click the following cartoon's picture to get the answer.

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum and relatively new to weightlifting.

I am actually travelling to Sabah & Miri and I was hoping to train during my short stay in Miri as I may not have a chance to train while in Sabah.

Could anyone kindly recommend a gym that goes by per entry other than Uncle Yeoh's?

It would be good if I could train at any time of the day during normal hours.

Appreciate any recommendations given!

Welcome to MCnet Lee.

You can try Hi-Rev Gym which located at Saberkas or Cyber Gym.

Thanks Remaong!

Do you have their exact address as I am not that familiar with Miri but could most probably find it with help from the people I know there :)

Perhaps if you are staying at Imperial Hotel, you can use their fitness centre facility at 5th floor with trainer. A very good gym facility in Miri. Ring them at 085-431133 for further information.
