AmBank 24 hours customer care line

Am impressed with AmBank 24 hours customer care line. Rang them up at around 1:30am just for the fun of it (I know it's childish, but what to do? I drank too much coffee :D) to ask some questions about their services when I was browsing their site at http://www.ambank.com.my. Someone did pickup after navigating through the pre-recorded voice menu looking for a living soul to talk to. Apart from the guy stammering trying to find his words, in the end I got the answer to my questions after trying to reconfirm his answers a few times. :lol:

Anyway, just wanted to share this. Now have to figure out how to fall asleep... :?

Telekom's is more advanced - they hire someone to work the 24 hour shift just so they could pick up the phone and then slam it down to hang up again when you call.
