new housing development in miri

Hi..i'm interested to buy house but don't know which area is the best. Some advice me senadin area is not a good selection due to soil condition, traffic, and like curtin water, the selling is overprice. Anyone here have some other suggestion where i can find a new housing development around miri? With salary around 5k, the property around 300k would be the one that im looking for. :?: :roll:

Can't get that amount due to other commitment..350k++ still can be considered..

Which area u prefer? If u specify, I think it would be easier for others to help on the house searching. Honestly, everywhere the house is already overpriced.

Any place will do with range up to 10-15 MINS within town area. What about taman tunku?

taman tunku always jam.. better riam area such as happy garden, near rrms, hilltop, bumiko, etc

Is the jam as bad as senadin area? The area u mention are there any new construction going on there currently?

well taman tunku is a good place , but due to the dual lane not yet completed , so yeah jam , but not worse as much in senadin i guess.

Hi, your budget is 300 k..not possible to get new double storey house at that price range.....not many developers also want to build single storey nowathisday...poor margin...my suggestion is go and do your own research, drive around, example taman tunku area, lopeng area, permy area, luak area.....these are all area with new upcoming housing... in the end it is you who decide...longer you wait..the more expensive the house become.....

Viana focus- infront Dragon seafood. 20-25 min to town area. Not so jammed.
300K plus... single storey.

double storey semi-D 2units (near my house)... taman pantai luak.. you should check it out.

owh, ya..i heard about the one in front of dragon seafood. is it consider close? seems quite far isn't it? my workplace is at boulevard area.

If u want nearer to Bvard, its very very hard to find something at RM300K.
Then, the best choice for u is Permy, Senadin or maybe 2nd hand house .

well, that area for me not so far from town since i work in krokop. Good luck finding your house. Very hard to find the price of 300K near to boulevard area. Go for lutong baru... my friend got 2nd hand house there for price 320K( corner single storey).
