LOL... Few days no bombing liao hah??  So, how? How 's the customer's feedback after using the "DIY reset program".

For people who still suffering the slow celcom 3G connection, stop calling to careline as it's wasting of time & energy and the answers only flame you up some more. My experience in Dec 2007, i received a SMS saying that i exceed the quota of 5G data/month, straight i dialed to careline & asked them why so call D68 unlimited been limited, isn't it a scam? All the blar blar blar reasons given & really training your EQ.. :D But anywhere, what can you do, so i suggest just terminate the line, only the MASS termination is EFFECTIVE, as the unity is STRONG!! Let's see what's their reaction if sudden drop of 50% customer. Let's just make it drop 30% lah :D :) They'll jumping up and down to please the customer back, what will they do?? You know lah....

Unless there's a better alternative to Celcom broadband, mass termination will never materialise. They know it, you know it. You are caught by the b*lls if you sign up in their free modem package.

Agree with you about calling their careline. It's a total waste of time and money. What they tell you (as if it's the first time you called) to do this and that but never will they say they will check their system/network.

What other better alternative? Would it be DiGi, Maxis, DeConnexion............*signed*
