berngo, if you buy the program from him, make sure your pc's antivirus is updated. Make sure the file is clean because it might be a keylogger or a virus. Ah but then I doubt he'll meet up for the transaction, I think he's scared of meeting up with others, might have something to do with ugliness since he keeps talking about it.

I believe it's Celcom bandwidth problem. Try accessing internet early in the morning till about 7am, you'll find the speed improves tremendously. From working hours till midnight, the speed is worse than dial-up.
