今天，我们到了美里某间新开的餐厅。。
由于这间连锁餐厅是颇有名的餐厅， 再加上今天是开门营业的第一天， 于是餐厅里高朋满座， 但我们却很幸运地找到了唯一的一个空台-----13号台:bg。 菜单递上来后不久，我们便开始点菜， 以下是我们和服务院的对话：
我：give me 1 lasagne
哥：1 tomyam kung
嫂：1 grill mushroom chicken
服务员A：对不起，可以翻给我看是哪一个吗？（指着菜单）
。。。。于是我们便 一个一个指给她看我们要点的食物。
二十分钟后。。
嫂突然间改变主意，想把grill mushroom chicken换成cordon bleu, 于是便又不好意思加内疚的跑到点菜的电脑前。。
嫂：excuse me, 我想把刚才点的grill mushroom chicken换成corden bleu可以吗？
服务员：等一下啊！我帮你check下。。
在这个时候，服务员竟然blur blur，然后嫂也看到我们13号桌子根本没有下到单，然后服务员就突然跑开了， 往厨房的方向跑，于是嫂就回来坐。过了很久一下，我们看到那个服务员竟然在忙别的东西，于是我们就叫她。。
哥：刚才我们说要把grillchicken mushroom换掉，你有帮我们换吗？
服务员：er....等一下（又跑开了）
过了十五分钟，我们又叫服务员过来，问他到底有没有帮我们换到？（因为他刚才根本没有问我们要换什么）。。
嫂：刚才那个grillchicken mushroom要换成corden bleu.
服务员：对不起，我们暂时没有这个。。
突然见有人叫她，他又跑开了，几分钟后。。。
服务员：对不起，你们刚才叫的东西我们没有下到单，对不起，因为人太多了，所以没有下到你们的，可以再点多一次吗？
哥：给我一个tomyam gong, 要gong啊！（一面指着菜单上的tomyam gong。因为菜单上有两个tomyam,一个是tomyam gong, 一个是tomyam soup)
我：给我lasagne,要beef的。。
嫂：给我spaghetti bolognese, beef的。。
二十分钟又过去了。。。终于来了第一样，也就是我哥的tomyam,但是，我哥一三强调的gong却变成了tomyamsoup, 于是又叫服务员来。。
哥：我刚才叫的是tomyam gong，不是tomyam soup, 我刚才已经跟你讲很清楚了。。
服务员一脸blur样又把那碗东西拿回去厨房了。
过了十分钟，服务员拿了一碗laksa过来，放在嫂前面。。
嫂：我们没有叫这个啊！我叫的是spaghetti bolognese.
于是服务员又拿食物回去。。。
10分钟后，我哥的tomyamgong终于来了！！ 服务员放下了那碗tomyam,又跑回去拿筷子汤匙，回来时，他拿的竟然是一个汤匙和一支筷子，天啊！真的是哪里来的天才服务员，一支筷子怎么吃东西啊？？ 服务员见状，又跑回去拿另外一支筷子来。。
过了15分钟，我哥哥的tomyam快吃完了，我的lasagne终于到了，谢天谢地，终于有一样是对的了！！服务员走之前，我还吩咐他（这个是另一个男的服务员），叫他催一催厨房，因为我们等很久了，跟我点了点头，竟然就去别的桌子serve人了，把我的话当耳边风。我吃东西是出名的慢，等到我吃到一半了，嫂的spaghetti bolognese竟然还没到，于是我们便叫老板娘过来，老板娘见状吓了一下，就赶快去厨房看一下，这个时候，嫂的spaghettti终于都来了。。但是，服务员竟然没给汤匙，于是我们又叫服务员过来，叫她拿汤匙给我们。汤匙拿来了，但那位天才服务员真得够天才，他竟然把汤匙丢在那个没有人坐，桌子最角落的位置，就匆匆走了。。
吃完后，我们便叫服务生买单，叫第一个等了十分钟都还没来，又再叫第二个，又等十分钟，单才过来，但没想到，这间餐厅的服务生连单也弄错，少算了三杯白水，但我们也不理了。
在这间餐厅的几个小时里，除了老板和老板娘向我们道歉外，服务生一句道歉也没说，更不用说是脸上的笑容。
就这样，我们就回家了。。。
[后续。。。
我哥一向会对不新鲜的虾类和蟹类敏感，刚才吃虾的时候， 他已经有觉得那两只虾好像粉粉的，但他找吃，毕竟不要浪费啊！
结果。。
回家途中，我哥的眼睛开始肿起来，开始打喷嚏，到家后，眼睛已肿到隐性眼睛差点拿不出来。但虽然拿到出来了, 眼睛却越来越肿，甚至已严重到开不到眼睛的地步，呼吸也越来越困难， 于是我们便紧急将他送院，到了医院看了医生，打了一支针，医药费竟然是RM91,好贵！！
就这样，我们整11。30才回到家。。。
真的是衰到离谱！！] P.S: This is not because of the food.

I suggest you take this matter and talk to the personnel there instead of posting here making statement which is not sure if there's any link to the hygiene over there.

So, your posting is about food poisoning???
I think weiti3n89 should have some proof of the food poisoning before making accusation... Just hope that your posting is not merely your personal anger or unhappiness with the restaurant or the bosses of the outlet.
From what I know, the SR franchise have to adhere strictly to the proper guidelines of the rules and regulations set by the franchise owner for example, all the ingredients are to be obtained solely from the franchisor and even the cleaning materials, serviettes, packing materials, utensils, etc, are to be provided by the franchisor.

I went SR last nite, it was alrite...our orders arrived within 15 mins. Although their business hours is until 10pm with the sign "closed" at the door, but i still saw customer walking in and they still serve as normal...

The price is reasonable and the cakes are good...Just that a few of their cakes are still unavailable...

Overall impression is good.

haha... i also went to secret recipe last nite... i got the same prob as weiti3n89. when this waitress takes order she asked me to show her which meal in the menu.... i feel funny.... then she spoke chinese with me and my fren. my fren dunno wat crap is she talking coz my fren don understand chinese at all.... then nvm, my fren ordered lasagne and i ordered spaghetti meatballs then she said "we don hav spaghetti meatballs in our menu yet" then she came to me again and tell me "we hav spaghetti meatballs but hav to wait about half an hour". so disappointing so just canceled it. when i order for dessert, "i wan brownies with ice cream pls", she asked"can u show me wat u want?" i was so shocked when she asked me to do so.... feel funny and angry.... after the food served after so long..... i called for the bill, this waitress showed me her dirty hand and ask me to wait after that she gone nowhere d... wat the.... we wait n wait n wait n wait n wait for the bill at last the manager came n gave us the bill. then we decided to buy some cakes back home n this lady asked us to wait for 30minutes!!! omg!! i just wan to get some cake and take away.... does she needs 30minutes to do so?? then another waiter came n i asked from him then he str8 away take for me n pay it.... i wonder wat is in that lady's mind to take her 30minutes to put the cake in the box... overall, the service is really sucks.... shud hav hire some experienced waiter n waitress... but the food is still nice especially the cakes!!! lol....

the cakes are not local made but the topic and filling is done in local shop.

I don't think they are allowed to make the cake locally as the cake ingredients are "secret"
