What lar, this is animal abuse. Just normal pipe water enough la, no need hot water. Even though i don't really like cats, i won't do like this to them. I have seen lots of dogs at kopitiam there been poured hot water or boiled water. See the body already know, hair won't grow and can see the skin. If there are any inflammation, the burn wounds are quite susceptible to infection. Same goes to the cat. Next time the infection cats come to your house you baru tahu.

It's my neighbour idea... I just follow only. The amount of hot water not sufficient to hurt the cat la.

No need to use hot water. Just get a Super Soaker brand water gun.
