giving ppl money just to keep them for causing trouble is not a long term solution.. and not without its flaws..

it just gives the nation an additional strain on its budget..
well.. thats just my view..

it's a symbolic gesture, the people receiving it aren't desperate like those claiming unemployment benefits.

this USD$375 works wonder in boosting resident's morale and give them a sense of achievement with the city's success.

between someone who participate in an investment and get $100 in returns, and someone who lazed around in bed then simply asking for $1000 from the parent, i do not view both equally, different respects given too.

not sure if you view them the same - one who rob someone $100, and one who work for $100
